Hospital Visitor Policy

The safety and well-being of our patients, visitors and staff is our highest priority.

Please be aware of our visitor policy, which is listed below.

Our visitor check in process at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center Atlantic City and Mainland Campuses is designed to support a safe environment, make it easier to identify visitors, and ensure that visitors are in the right location. All visitors should be prepared to show photo identification at the reception desk to receive a visitor pass. All visitors must display a visitor pass while in the hospitals.

Hospital/Ambulatory Care Sites

In general, visitors of any age are permitted to visit from 8 AM to 8 PM, with some exceptions.

Emergency Department

Center for Childbirth - Obstetrics/Labor and Delivery/Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Surgery/Procedure Patients

Adult In-Patient

Intensive Care Unit

Patients at End of Life

Additional AtlantiCare Locations/Services

AtlantiCare Surgery Centers and AtlantiCare Center for Orthopaedic Surgery

AtlantiCare Physician Group (APG) Primary, Urgent, and Specialty Care

AtlantiCare Physician Group also offers virtual visits through AtlantiCare’s Telehealth Program.
